2)  <strong>Humorous Retelling</strong> &#8211; The peddler in Singer&#8217;s tale had a funny story to tell his next customers.  Retell the story as the peddler might have told it, adding humorous details (+ 1-page write-up).<br />

<p>I would like to let you know that I will be gone next week for the Creighton Model FertilityCare Practictioner Training.  This program will serve as professional development and help to solidify the foundation of the Family Life curriculum at St. Jerome, as it should align with the teachings of the Catholic Church.</p>
<p>Br. Chris will take care of all my classes.  If you need to reach him, you may contact him at (310) 923-2678 / youthministry@stjeromewestchester.org.  He will not be updating the wiki, so please make sure that all homework assignments are written down in the Agenda Book as you are always expected to do.</p>
<p>Please don&#8217;t forget that service hours and Spiritual Formation projects must be turned in by November 20.  All projects for both programs MUST be pre-approved before completion.</p>
<p>Any pending Gradelink entries will be entered when I return the following week.</p>

Brain Tumors are currently the leading cause of solid tumor death in children of all ages, and the second leading cause of cancer death in men under the age of thirty-nine. Twenty percent of all cancers will spread to the brain, and due to their location, most patients experience a loss in their ability to move, speak, see, hear and breathe, and brain tumors pose a tremendous risk of death.  Your participation in this race will directly impact the research being done to help find a cure for this disease.  All proceeds go directly to benefit national and California based adult and pediatric brain tumor and cancer research at UCLA and Children&#8217;s Hospital Los Angeles.</p>
